Furnished attic room with private bathroom in my townhouse in north Lewisville. Not for everybody, but for the right person this might be ideal. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor. Entrance to the bathroom is inside my bedroom. I have a cat and the litter box is inside your bathroom. So you must be used to having a cat. Room has queen bed, linens, desk, dresser, tv, mini fridge. The room is very private and quiet. All bills paid. Month to month lease. Use of kitchen and laundry. Peaceful home, no drama. Parking is on street. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. You must have a job and work outside the house. Available 9/13. Just pass a criminal background check, pay rent, move. Easy process.
