Looking for a roommate to fill a room in my 2BR/2BA North Park apartment, available October 1st. Rent is $1,400/month and September is already covered, so if you move in after 9/21, you get the rest of the month! Utilities are about $115/month per person. You will have a private bathroom. Our living room is furnished, we have a dishwasher, ceiling fans, no AC but my roommate is willing to sell you her portable one! Box fans have always worked well for me. Our building is in a safe, gated complex with laundry on each floor. We have a small gym, a pool, community room, BBQ, and mailroom. Management is located on and are extremely responsive. Parking: No open spot for a new roommate right now, but there's a waitlist. Street parking has always been manageable — I've never had trouble finding something within a few blocks. Location: Under a 5-minute walk to bars, cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store. Quiet, green pocket of the neighborhood, close to the University Ave strip. About me: Healthcare worker with a cat who is sweet and friendly. Easygoing, quiet, and respectful — I work long hours and am not home much during the day. I'm hoping for someone mindful of noise at night and who'll help keep the place clean. In my free time I enjoy the beach, hiking, arts and crafts, working out, and exploring cafes:) I already have a cat, so I'm not able to take on additional pets, sorry!
