ROOMMATE WANTED – $800/MONTH Looking for a clean, respectful and easygoing roommate who can move in anytime. Rent is $800/month, with the first month prorated depending on your move-in date. The current roommate is a 52-year-old working full-time and is very easygoing. Male or female is welcome — as long as you're respectful, relaxed and cool to live with, I'm good.
