There is a ceiling fan and window in the room. $200 deposit for 28 day notice in writing of intent to vacate. ID required to sign contract and pay every 28 days to stay. We are STR with city of Long Beach but can stay month to month. BCB Carts on the map in LBC has my iPhone number as I guess unable to message on this.
