2 private rooms available- 10201 riverdale road
All utilities included, plus high speed wifi. The whole place is furnished except for the bedrooms, but I can help furnish it if needed. an existing tenant, but wont be there most of the time because I travel for school
It is 16 miles away from Denver, 25 mins from the airport, 3 mins from Safeway, and 10 mins to all the other grocery stores.
Amenities of the community: Pool, playground, basketball court, and extra parking for visitors
