This 1908 Victorian is not for the weak of heart. After climbing 9 steps to the stoop, there are 33 more steps to the top floor. The bedroom is 12x17 and comes with a foam mattress, nightstand, vanity dresser, dresser, and desk. You will also have use of the living room next to the kitchen. I'm looking for a mature roommate who has their together. Must be employed, will consider graduate students. I have a 13 year old dog who mostly sleeps during the day. The house is weed friendly, but if you smoke tobacco it will have to be on the back porch. The house is in the bustling Divisadero corridor, lots of bars and restaurants. 20 minute walk to USF, 30 minutes by transit to downtown and BART, 1 mile to GG Park. On the 5 and 22 all night bus lines, I'm basically in the north middle of the city. Parking is rough in this neighborhood without a residential parking permit, but possible if you drive your car to work m-f.
