I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for one private bedroom in a 4 bed / 2 bath apartment at Saga Ann Arbor (411 E. Washington St., Ann Arbor). The apartment is located just a 5–7 minute walk from the University of Michigan campus and offers a great central location. Lease Term: August 2026 – July 2027. This is a full lease transfer, meaning the new tenant will take over the lease under their own name and assume responsibility for the bedroom for the remainder of the lease term. Rent: $1,460/month for the private bedroom. This lease takeover is for one bedroom only, and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate in the apartment. Special Incentive: When you take over the lease, you will not have to pay rent for the remainder of the month you move in. For example, if the lease transfer is completed on September 13th, you can move in immediately and your first rent payment would begin October 1st. I’ll also cover the first month’s rent, so you won’t have to pay rent for that month. What's Included: Fully furnished apartment
