Hello! Are you still possibly looking for a roommate? A little bit about myself, My name is Timothy, I am a 30 year old male who recently moved to Wilmington from Indiana by myself. I didn’t realize how expensive it was to live here solo 😅 I work at the Sugo Italian Restaurant downtown while also going to Cape Fear Community College. I am a pretty respectful person of other peoples boundaries & spaces and mostly keep to myself as to not disturb others. I am looking for a room to rent to hopefully save money & get ahead while in school. If it’s not available or you don’t feel comfortable with this, then no worries & thank you for your time!
