Small room for rent in Perris
My current roommate is leaving in October so her room will be available for one person. Lease is month-to-month but I'm looking for at least a year long roomie. Must be pet friendly, I have an inside dog he's very excitable but sweet.
- Girlies only pls preferably my age (20s)
- Small private room + bathroom ~ 20 min commute to UCR
- $800/month
- Utilities usually around $60-80
- Common space shared w/just me and my dog
- Month-to-month lease
