The home is in Tustin conveniently located right next to the 5 freeway, between The District and Marketplace shopping centers. It is also neighbors the Tustin train station, multiple parks, running trails, restaurants, shopping centers, and is only a 10 min drive to John Wayne airport. * Shared kitchen and living spaces
* Walking trails around the neighborhood
* Access to the community center with the pool, bbqs, other facility use The roommates: You’d be sharing the home with 2 males, 35y/o.
The house has dogs and a cat so looking for someone who is pet-friendly and comfortable living in a pet-friendly home, but they are not looking to add any more animals.
The house is also 420 friendly so must be okay with that. About the roommates Ben: works in land surveying and for fun, plays video games
and works on digital art. Kyler: works as an x-ray tech and produces music for fun.
