1st floor room for rent in 2 story 4bed/1bath craftsman Richmond house, just off Division and blocks away from Cezar Chavez. Room is 11x10ft with 2.5x6ft closet, first two photos are room which will be unfurnished. Home has easy access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and is a very short distance from the FX2, 75 bus lines and biking greenways. Rent is $865 per month due by the 4th. Security Deposit is $600. Utilities including Gas/Electric range from $45-$65 monthly depending on time of year. Internet is $13 monthly. Water is paid quarterly about $120-$130 each time. We are 3 roommates looking to find a new 4th to move in on September 1st. It is a laid-back house. There’s one bathroom but we all have different work schedules, so it works out fine. We have a lovely front porch, a fire pit out back, and a couple garden beds if you're into that. Smoking allowed on the porch. We have room in the basement for storage and bikes. I work mornings M-F for a local coffee company so free coffee for the house, enjoy reading sci-fi on the porch, often out on weekends seeing movies, drinking coffee and going on walks/bikes throughout the city. T, 25, he/him. I host a monthly chill game night on the last Sunday of every month that housemates are welcome to join! I work nights M-F (out of the house from around 330pm - 1am) and enjoy making ceramics! T, 39 (m)- work in child welfare. Have been living here for 4 years now. I love music listening to it, writing some and dancing to it. I also enjoy many of the things Portland has to offer sports, camping, art, beaches, hikes. I'm easy going, live and let live attitude, and usually have something going on or am in my room vegging out to Xbox games or my favorite shows.
