Private Furnished Room + Private Bathroom – North Park Private furnished room with your own private bathroom available in North Park starting September 1st. The apartment is in a great location near Hillcrest and University Heights, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, and plenty of neighborhood spots. The home also has a balcony, on- laundry in the building, one shared parking spot, and street parking is generally easy to find. I currently live in the apartment by myself and am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and enjoys a quiet and comfortable living environment. I work full-time and am away from home quite often, so the apartment is usually very peaceful and relaxed. The room is fully furnished, and a minimum 6-month stay is required, with longer-term stays preferred. The security deposit is $500. Electricity is the only utility not included in the rent.
