My husband and I are moving and we need someone to take over our lease for a full apartment from your preferred date in September to July 3, 2027. Information are as follows: Details:

$1162 per month in rent ($1246 if including all of the fees and an additional $35 if you have a pet)

Washer and Dryer hook ups (we will leave ours for you to have for $400)
Couch and table (optional for $150 for both of them together) The apartment community itself has been great for us, and we're only moving because we're moving into our new home. I will give the full address and the apartment complex name to serious inquiries only. Our zip code is 37217. We are willing to share September’s rent if needed. Important: The lease takeover is subject to approval by apartment management. The new tenant will need to complete the property's application and screening process.
