I am looking for a room to rent!

I am a quiet, single, middle aged woman of 43. I have a guinea pig, Norman and I work from home for Medicare. I am looking for a quiet, peaceful place to call home. Preferably a room or space big enough to work and live in. I don't desire to live with anyone who parties or has drama going on in their life. I have worked hard to get back on my feet and I would like to live with someone who enjoys cooking, concerts and an occasional movie night. I attend church regularly and I can provide personal and professional references along with previous landlord information. I have never been evicted. I am simply looking for a cheaper place with a nice person.
