Room available in 4 bed / 3 bath house near UCF! Looking for a female roommate! Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for one more person to fill the last bedroom in our house for a late August / September 1st move-in! - Location: East Orlando / UCF area (less than a mile from UCF campus — about a 5 minute drive!) - Rent: $825/month + utilities - Lease: 12-month lease with option to renew The house is a spacious 2-story home located in a quiet neighborhood and includes: - Two shared full bathrooms - Furnished downstairs/common areas - Fully equipped kitchen - Washer & dryer - Pool (pool care is included!) - Lawn care included - Plenty of parking/storage space The room available is can come furnished or unfurnished, and the common areas are already furnished - but the home is quite spacious so if you have an furniture you’d like to bring yourself you’re welcome to! A little about us: we’re girls ages 22–25 (currently at UCF/grad school/young professionals). We’re clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. We’re not big party people and are looking for someone who is considerate of shared spaces and wants a comfortable place to call home! I do have two older cats (both very sweet!), but they mostly stay in my room, and unfortunately we are not looking to add any additional pets.
