Huge room with large walk-in closet and en suite includes sink toilet and shower. Lots of windows, natural light. Close to Bart. Great for work from home or commuter. The house is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood located up the hill from the new Sprouts/Starbucks shopping center. Seeking clean, organized, professional type. No drugs, no alcohol, no overnight guest unless discussed. Pets are negotiable. We are homebodies looking to coexist with ease. Someone in recovery/education would be fantastic, but not a must. Rent will be month-to-month $1250+ utilities which include PG&E trash water Internet/Wi-Fi housekeeping. Also included access to washer and dryer, Jacuzzi hot tub, and ample street parking. Also included in the utility portion is housekeeping. We have a housekeeper that comes every other Wednesday so you never have to clean a bathroom dust or vacuum. We have 2 mini Dachshund boys (Phil & Miles) They are the sweetest boys ever, but bark like a Great Dane! Its not personal - it's their job, lol. I work from home 90% of the time and available for showings. Only single adults should apply no couples no kids no pets.
