Looking for New Roommate

Looking for someone to take over a room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that is an 8 minute walk from from the sun link which will take you all over downtown and the U of A Campus. I am looking to switch as soon as your available. This is a mid-lease transition with the current lease running through June 4th, with the option to extend. You would start the $660 rent in September, with August being free. I am moving out because I want to live with some friends at the Mark. Apartment features- The apartment is fully furnished with a couch and entertainment center. There is an in unit dishwasher and washing machine/ dryer. The room you will be renting is the only downstairs room with fairly private access to one of the two bathrooms. The room itself is spacious enough for a queen bed and desk to fit comfortably. The room also features a large walk in closet. In the photos provided the room is furnished with a bed and a desk and a couple other items. I am planning to move all of these out, however if you want any of the furniture left behind, we can negotiate that in our!
The other two residents are very nice and respectful. One is a masters student pursuing mechanical engineering and the other is a bartender. Both are clean and receptive to needs.
