Hi, I’m David. I’m a 57-year-old professional looking for a quiet, long-term home in the South Bay. I’ve rented a room in a single-family home in North Redondo for the past three years and am hoping to find a similar situation. I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I value a peaceful home, keep to myself, and appreciate people who do the same while still being friendly and considerate. Ideally I’m looking for a room, guest house, ADU, studio, or one-bedroom.
