Due 7-9 days before every month end so we have time to head out and make the deposit as we have disabilities. Perfect for college students. You can pay the same price elsewhere and be forced to live in the same room with a stranger or chose us and have a whole normal sized room to yourself. Burnaby New West area near McBride and 10th. We are 2 males, White and Asian, one over 55 and the other middle age. We all sleep by 10:30 PM here and are up around 7:30 AM. Walls are thin unfortunately so quiet time is certain (no loud talking, cooking, showering or playing any audio during sleep hours (use headphones at night)).
