Offering a room in a nice area

The place we have is in an apartment complex right in the heart of tega cay. We have a two bedroom handicapped accessible unit on the ground floor. The room you would be getting is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and a full personal bathroom. You also have full access to the kitchen, living room, and dining room areas of course which we are leaving as open as possible to allow some accommodations to whoever our new roommate will be. We do have fiber internet from comporium at 1Gbps, which you are more than welcome to use as long as you pay your portion to it and we also are happy to offer anything else we have to you with the same stipulation. To give you a little knowledge on who we are, my fiance and I currently live there with my grandmother, who is moving out soon. We wish to fill the room after she moves. I am a part time security officer and mostly gone on the weekends but may be joining the army soon. My fiance is currently unemployed but is looking for a job as we just moved him in from his home in missouri. We are both members of the LGBTQ+ and therefore would much prefer having someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, allied, or in it be our roommate. Thank you for your consideration.
