OCC Student- NEED affordable room

Hey, I’m Maya! I am a college student who needs affordable living. Looking for a reasonably priced room and hopefully to make a friend along the way. I have good income and I am also quite responsible and mature for my age, I can get along with most if not all ages. The age difference part doesn’t matter to me. I prefer to room with a female but I’m not necessarily against males either. Altogether, I am just struggling financially and at this point it’s find a room or be homeless because I can’t afford to live alone. I am a person who can be chill and easy going or join the fun if that’s the case. I always go with the flow. I would make a great roomate and once you get to know me you won’t regret choosing me. Fun facts about me; I am a full-time student at Orange Coast College and a political science major, I am a former competitive athlete and now do corepower yoga as a replacement, and I work as a club and school volleyball coach who gets paid very well. In addition, if it makes you more comfortable, I have scholarships/grants that can be applied to any sort of housing so I do have a reliable income in that sense aside from my work. I have a 770 credit score as well
