Looking for a Female Freshman Roommate or Private Room Near UTD My daughter is an incoming female freshman at UT Dallas for Fall 2026. We are looking for: • Northside Apartments preferred; walking distance to utd • Female-only apartment
• Private bedroom preferred
• Budget under $800 per month, including or close to including utilities
• Clean, quiet, respectful and academically focused roommates
• Prefer other freshmen or younger UTD students
• No smoking and no parties We are also open to a shared bedroom at Northside if the roommate is another female freshman and the arrangement is safe and comfortable.
