I’m renting out an unfurnished bedroom in my clean, quiet home in a suburban neighborhood in Raeford. The room is upstairs, and you’ll have your own private bathroom and access to a separate upstairs living room. Shared spaces include the kitchen, dining room, office, and pet room. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. All utilities are included in the rent. The only exception is that if winter heating costs are unusually high, we’ll split the additional heating expense. A little about the house: It’s home to me, a sweet old dog who spends most of his day napping, and a mischievous cat who keeps everyone entertained. It’s a relaxed, respectful, smoke-free home, and we’re looking for someone who will fit that same vibe. Someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, financially stable, and easy to live with.
