We are not trying to fill rooms; we are looking for someone who will fit in and feel comfortable! You should be willing to meet first to see if personalities match.

Currently have one (1) bedroom available from Aug 1 2026 on our first floor.

Must be ok with cats! We have 4 of them; though you don’t have to allow them in the bedroom, they have free reign of the house as cats are wont to do! (they're not supposed to be in the kitchen) They are all friendly and (mostly) behaved.

My wife and I are looking for housemates who want a home away from home. Our previous housemates have generally been with us for many years (and may still visit on occasion). We sometimes have meals, travels, game nights, or watch movies together. We are open to international students as we have traveled a lot ourselves. Minimum rental period is 6 months.

Single-family home w/ designated driveway parking. ~ 5-minute walk to 401/402 Fairfax Connector to Springfield / Dunn Loring Metros. Short bus ride or drive to Express buses going to the Pentagon and buses going to NVCC & George Mason Fairfax Campus. A first-floor living room is shared by the housemates. Owners’ room is on the second floor. Full laundry room is in the walk-out basement. The house sits on ½ acre of land, so plenty of space.

- Bedroom – approximately 11’4”x11’3” bedroom w/ a private bathroom w/ shower. $850/mo (one person)
