Side yard, guess welcome just not to often remember we trying to come up lol. If you smoke that’s fine in your room or outside on patio. $850 a month that’s everything included and yes there a washer and dryer at home. Month to month lease or tile the end of the year lease.. helping people who want to help themselves get back to a life they want. I am lookin for $850 but since it’s needed asap I can do $500 to move in and payment plan the rest. Communication is key. Let’s talk.
