📦 Move-in:AUGUST I’m looking for a clean, considerate, and easygoing female roommate who enjoys a low-key, respectful living environment. Must be okay with dogs, as there is one in the home. It is myself as well as onther female. About the space:
• 1 private bedroom and shared bathroom available in 3 bedroom 2 bath house
• In-house laundry (no trips to the laundromat!)
• Safe, quiet neighborhood with great freeway access
• Close to Mission Valley shops, restaurants, and amenities If you’re someone who values a calm, comfortable home and responsible living, this could be a great fit. We work together to keep everything cleaned in common areas. We don’t really have people over. Lizbeth works as a nanny and at the YMCA. The deposit is $1k and utilies / internet around $100.
