I’m looking for a clean, safe house or apartment to rent. I’m a quiet, responsible, non-smoking tenant with a stable monthly disability income. I’m looking for a one- or two-bedroom home and am open to different locations. I have a housing voucher and am looking for a landlord who accepts Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8), though I’m also open to discussing other rental options.
