About the Home & Roommate
I'm looking for a respectful, responsible female roommate (strongly preferred) who values a clean, peaceful home. A Child Abuse Registry Check and Vulnerable Sector Check are required before moving in (I've completed mine and am happy to share it).
Your own dedicated private bathroom.
Outdoor smoking only, with proper cleanup.
No recreational drugs. Prescribed medicinal cannabis is welcome if used respectfully (outside only and stored securely away from children).
Quiet home—no parties.
Pet-friendly home (we occasionally cat-sit and dog-sit), but no additional pets.
Recycling and caring for the home are important here.
The home is a well-equipped townhouse with shared kitchen, dining, and living areas, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, a lovely deck, and shared backyard. I have children part-time, and I'm away from home often, so you'll enjoy plenty of privacy.
Located near the McIntosh Run Community Trail, Crystal Crescent Beach, and Chocolate Lake, it's a great spot for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. You'll have your own private bedroom and dedicated bathroom, with all other living spaces shared. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, and a good fit for a calm, inclusive household.
