Hi, my name is matt. I am looking for a roommate for the third bedroom. The room is in Phoenix close approximates to highway 143, I-10 and the 60. This location is also close to the airport. Within a 5 mile radius, we have two grocery stores, lots of restaurants and local parks. The monthly rent is $700 includes utilities and Internet. Room is available starting September 1.
This is a three bedroom house. Occupants are myself and another female roommate. We are professionals looking for a third to join our household. We are open to all applicants, no smoking or vaping allowed in the house. We have two German shepherds, very lovable and friendly. The room is fully furnished, bathroom is shared with the other female roommate. Property has lots of places to park. Upon move in a deposit of one months rent is due, but I am also willing to work with making the deposit payment flexible.
