Private room wanted

Hi everyone, my name is Xian and I am moving to Vancouver from Australia on the 14th of August for a two year working. What I’m looking for:
- Private furnished room in share house with 2-3 female roommates
- Ideally private bathroom, but maximum sharing with one other person - Around 3 month sublet with the option to extend
- Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, Fairview, English Bay, or similar areas
- Close to public transport - Must be clean and organised roommates, especially in shared areas! My budget is under 1500 and I am hoping to stay with 2-3 other female roommates in their early 20s that are friendly and open to making new friends! A bit about me: I love exploring new areas and am a bit of a foodie so am always down to try a new cafe, bakery, or restaurant. I also love everything to do with music, film, and fashion and am always down to watch the latest cinema release! I live a fairly active lifestyle and love to go for nice nature walks which I am greatly looking forward to doing in Vancouver!
