Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to share my cozy two-bedroom apartment, with a move-in date of September. The apartment is located close to Western, making it a great option for students, staff, or anyone who wants to be near campus. The living room and common areas are already furnished, so you'd only need to bring furniture for your bedroom. A little about me: I'm a 33-year-old female working professional with a clean background. I'm friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I'm single with no children, but I do have a sweet small dog, he's a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix who's very well-behaved and gets along great with other animals. I also foster dogs for a local rescue, so being a dog lover is definitely a must! Rent is $900/month, including all utilities. First and last month's rent will be required, along with signing a one-year lease. I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful, reliable, and looking for a comfortable, drama-free place to call home. This is a non-smoking home, and I'm looking for someone who isn't into partying. This is an LGBTQ+/queer-friendly inclusive home and I welcome roommates of all genders.
