Spacious room in a large house

I’m looking for someone to take over a room in a spacious 2-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Collegetown.
The available room is large, sunny, and located on the second floor (pictures 1–6). It includes plenty of storage space both inside and outside the room. Off-street parking is included in the rent.
The house is conveniently located within a 12-minute walk to both Cornell campus and the Commons.
Rent is $1,350/month + utilities (electricity and internet). Water is included. Parking is included.
The room is currently furnished, but it can also be rented unfurnished if preferred.
The house features:
In-unit washer/dryer
Stainless steel kitchen appliances
Dishwasher
Additional small 4th bedroom that can be used as a guestroom or study
Furnished living room and kitchen area (though we’re open to discussing additional furniture if you have your own)
Off-street parking
Move-in can be anytime after mid-July. It is preferrable if you are interested in the full lease term for next year: August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027. There will be an option to renew afterward.
You would be sharing the house with two other housemates, both Cornell professionals (, 1F) in their mid 20s to mid 30s. They are friendly, organized, and responsible. There is one full bathroom on each floor. Since the available bedroom is upstairs, you would primarily share the upstairs bathroom with the female housemate.
