MONTHLY = $800 and minimum 3 month lease required. Deposit $800 required. I am a mature high school Spanish teacher with an empty nest and have lived in the community for over 20 years. I rarely drink, do not smoke, and live a quiet and peaceful life. Recently, my brother, a long haul truck driver, has moved into one of the four bedrooms to consolidate cost.
