Hello, I am moving and looking for someone to take over my lease at the Lodge on the Trail. Apartment is fully furnished and they are per friendly. They have great amenities, including a pool and they do fun giveaways and monthly resident activities. You would have your own private room with bathroom attached. I'm willing to give you a tour of the space as well. Base rent is $944 plus utilities. You could move in August 14th. Would prefer a female tenant as other roommate is female.
