Hi! I’m Liza, a sophomore studying Forensics. My ideal budget is around $900–$1,000/month, but I can go up to about $1,200 including utilities if needed. I am only interested in a single occupancy room. I’m open to living with people of any gender or sexual orientation. I’d love to be friends with my roommates and hang out occasionally, but I’m also perfectly happy keeping to myself and respecting everyone’s space. I’m pretty clean, especially when it comes to shared spaces like the kitchen and living room, and I generally try to be considerate and easy to live with. I don’t usually have large groups of people over, but I don’t mind if my roommates do as long as everyone is respectful. I’m also okay living with people who drink or smoke. I’m interested in both joining an existing housing arrangement and finding someone to apply for an apartment or house with together.
