This is an excellent opportunity for a working professional or mature student seeking long-term housing stability Requirements: Monthly housing cost: Approximately $1,330/month for rent and utilities (applicant is responsible for half of the rent and utilities). Applicant must have an average monthly take-home income of at least $4,000 after taxes, which is necessary to satisfy the property's income qualification requirements and ensure the household meets the required income-to-rent ratio.
