Nice townhome in Hidden Valley! College aged tenants. A married couple working and going to school and one other person just working. LGBTQIA+ friendly! We have lots of hobbies and would like to have a fun and friendly roommate. We keep our areas clean for the most part, sometimes we have little hobby projects or board games going on in the kitchen. Private room with closet, shared bathroom, and the rest of the house has all amenities. This community comes with access to the pickleball court, pool, and gym! It’s supposed to be no pets, but we were allowed two leopard geckos and could discuss possible pets if it is just a reptile or fish. Please reach out and ask questions! (It’s also $50 off per month if you do 6 months at a time! Specifically Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec. We’re looking for someone to move in by July!!)
