The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house in Montclair. Two friendly cats live in the home, so tenant must be comfortable with pets. Shared access includes kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. The unit includes washer and dryer in the basement and parking is included. Utilities are included in rent except WiFi. Room is currently empty. Furniture shown in photos is for reference only. Rent: $1,100/month
