Seeking a third roommate in Medford

Looking for someone to take over July/August on our lease with the option of resigning with us in September (we hope you might!) We are two female teachers in our early and late (mid?) thirties who have consistent schedules during the school year and enjoy having a nice space to come home and relax in. At home, we value a space that feels calm, welcoming, and intentional. Our interests include cooking, birdwatching, time outdoors, reality TV, arts and crafts, music, and Pokémon Go (a recent interest). We enjoy our own endeavors but also appreciate coming together to watch TV or talk about the day; overall, the apartment is a comfortable place to unwind and recharge,especially at the end of a long day. We are looking for a roommate who is communicative, respectful, and has experience sharing living spaces. Someone with a steady routine — whether work, school, or other commitments—and who appreciates a peaceful, easygoing home environment would be a great fit. We are a liberal household that values inclusivity, respect, and social justice.
We have a cozy (small-ish) bedroom plus closet space available in our three-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. We are located near Tufts on a safe, quiet residential street with no parking restrictions. Stays cool in the summer months with central AC.rlooks the backyard. landscaping and snow removal taken care of.
The bedroom is available July 1. Common areas are fully furnished, and the bedroom is unfurnished. Rent is $750/month plus split utilities (internet + electric usually run $120-$190 but vary based on seasonal usage). The Tufts T-station is walkable, and we are right on the 101 bus line; however, having a car might be a good fit for the area (we are right off of 93).
