Looking for two bedrooms

I’m a single mom and I work as an esthetician and have a 15 year old son, looking for two bedrooms. I also do client visits at their homes so do have a nice bundle of equipment that I keep. We are usually out of the house and I am very clean, tbh my son’s cleanliness is… that of a 15 year old but nothing toxic!
