Room For August 1st Move In!

Hi there! I am moving to the Charleston area on August 1st for a new job as a professor. Because my schedule is highly flexible, I will be splitting my time between Charleston and Charlotte, NC (which will remain my home base). I will only be in the apartment for a couple of days a week before heading back to Charlotte. Some weeks I will be there even less with only the occasional weekend around. This means you will get plenty of solo time and privacy in the apartment. Open to Charleston and surrounding areas (Mt. Pleasant, West Ashley, James Island, etc.). Open to 6-month or 12-month options. I am looking for female roommates ideally in the 25 to 35 age range, but I am open to any household that is a great fit. In my free time, I love reading, watching movies, and cooking or baking. I am clean, quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and focused on my career. I love animals! While my own pets are staying back in Charlotte, I am more than happy to live in a home that already has pets.
