The home is in Spokane Valley, in a residential neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and main roads! Your Private Rooms: You'll get two private rooms on the second floor Private Bedroom with:

Dresser Private bedroom-turned-living-room with kitchenette, including:

Kitchenette area with microwave and mini fridge (you're also welcome to us the full kitchen) Furniture is completely optional! The suite can be rented fully furnished, partially furnished, or completely unfurnished depending on what you need. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, items shown in the photos can be removed. Rent & Utilities Rent: $850/mo unfurnished (rooms empty, ready for your own furniture)
