Hello! I’m Mishy, a 33 year old Behavioral Intervention (BI) Therapist and a senior at CSUN finishing my degree. I’m starting a new role as a therapist working with children with special needs, so my life is very routine-oriented and stable. I am looking for a pet-friendly home with a respectful, peaceful vibe. I am looking for a room to rent in Valencia. My budget is $1600 and I would like to move by May 13. I’m a quiet, clean, and active person. When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym, studying, or out with my dogs. I have two well-behaved, house-trained senior dogs: a 7 year old Dalmatian and an 8 year old Australian Cattle Dog. They are calm and accustomed to a structured environment.
