Location: North Sacramento - 3 min to Hwy 80 and convenient access to Natomas and Hwy 5 -Rent = $950 & split utilities (around 100$ per month) -Move-in costs (Security Deposit = $900 and first month's rent.)
-Month to Month lease agreement. -Requesting 6 month minimum commitment.
-Background check and income verification required -Dedicated parking space in driveway.
