Roommate for a furnished room

Looking for a chill roommate to take over a furnished room starting from June 1st. My current roommate is moving out by the end of May so the room will be open right after that. The place has a mellow, quiet vib
e which is simple and easy to settle into. Private Parking is included, and utilities (water, electricity, gas and trash removal) are all covered in the rent.
