Looking for a roommate for a private bedroom and private bathroom in our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment. The room is on the opposite side of the apartment and has its own entrance that isn’t used, giving you a lot of privacy. What’s Included:

• Shared living room (can be used for your TV, desk, or gaming setup)

• $800/month
• $200 refundable deposit

We’re a quiet, low-drama couple. One of us works in game development, and we’re into gaming, 3D printing, streaming, and other creative projects. This is not a party house—just a relaxed and respectful place to live. We’d love to find someone who is also into gaming, tech, or creative hobbies, but the most important thing is that you’re responsible, clean, and easy to live with. Requirements:
• Stable income
• Clean and respectful
• Comfortable with dogs (we have a very friendly dog named Roxy)
• No additional pets
