Seeking Roommate in Franklin, GA

My fiancée Lindsay and I (21 and 24 years old) are looking for a roommate to occupy our spare room in our 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home. Rent would be $475 plus splitting monthly utilities (which should be around $200 per month). We have a 7 month old Chiweenie named Phoebe. She is very sweet and she doesn’t bark much mostly just whines when she wants attention lol. She is very energetic and loves to play. She sleeps in a play pen in the living room and is house trained. She is very shy with new people but is very sweet when she gets used to you. We are looking for a roommate who is LGBT Friendly and 420 friendly. Preferably someone around our age, 21-30 years old.
