In search of a roommate-townhome

Hey! I just bought my first home and am looking for a roommate to move in sometime June–July (flexible on timing). About the home:
* Brand new 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome (~1,717 sq ft), located about 10–15 minutes north of the Town Center in the Arlington area.
* You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with shared living spaces. * The third bedroom will be used as an office, and I’m open to sharing it if you work from home or have a hybrid schedule!
* The home is fully furnished in all common areas — you’d just need to furnish your bedroom
* There’s a one-car garage + driveway spot (will be yours), and guest parking available. * Downstairs is hardwood, upstairs (bedrooms/stairs) is carpeted. Rent:
* $1,100/month * Utilities + WiFi split * Security deposit = 1 month’s rent (refundable pending move-out condition) * Background check + lease required (flexible terms) About me:
* I’m 24 and moved to Jacksonville after graduating from UF in 2024. * I’m originally from South Florida and work in finance (hybrid schedule, typical 8:30–6:30+). * I love going to the beach, thrifting, temple, traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants/bars, doing crafts, and exploring. * I’m pretty laid back, clean, and respectful of space, but would also love to be friends! Looking for:
