Private room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment, located in Manchester, NH. Rent is $900 as well as splitting gas and electric. There is in unit laundry and 1 off-street parking spot. The room is not furnished, but there is a window AC unit and a TV with an Amazon fire stick. The lease term would be for 6 months, with an option to an extend if we’d both like to. No credit checks, but you must show at least one month of pay stubs and be working full time. First and last is due at move in ($1800 total). Unfortunately, the landlord will not allow any more animals. Caged could be fine, but no dogs or cats. I do have a small French bulldog who is very quiet and sweet. I’m a 26 year old single woman and I would prefer a female roommate. LGBTQ friendly, 420 and alcohol friendly. Just no smoking inside.
