Sublet available for summer

Hi, my name is Victoria. I am a professor at CUNY and am leaving for the summer for research. I need someone to sublet my room for the summer. You would be living with my roommate and her small poodle. The apartment is set up as a duplex. My area is the entire bottom floor of our apartment. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space on the top floor, and my roommates' room is there as well.
There is a great backyard with lots of seating and shade during the summer months. There is an entrance to the backyard from upstairs, as well as through the door from my bedroom, which leads to the hallway and the backyard. We have a dishwasher, laundry in the building, and an air conditioner for my space downstairs. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with the R, F, and G trains within a block of the apartment. There are tons of places to eat and shop just half a block up on 5th Avenue. I will be leaving next week, with the room available by May 28th and available to sublet until the end of August. I will pack up some of the items from my room to free up space in the closet and under-the-bed storage as well. My roommate is easy to get along with and mostly keeps to herself. I am requesting a security deposit, which will be returned to you upon your departure and upon inspection of the room. If you are interested, we would love to chat with you.
